Alicia Lansing To All Instructors
Alicia has lived in Rochester Hills with her husband Joe and their 2 boys for the last 17 years. At the young age of 4, Alicia's parents enrolled her in classes at a local arts center in northern Michigan, from there she continued to study art in all forms by attending a fine arts academy from 6th-12th grade and then into college. Over the years Alicia has spent much of her time learning new ways to express her creativity through all different mediums, her favorite being acrylic paints. Gardening, reading, travel and spending time with her animals are just some of her favorite things.
As a homeschooling parent herself, Alicia is also experienced in adapting her teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students. She understands that every child learns differently and works hard to create a personalized learning experience for each of her students. Above all, she is passionate about helping students discover the joy and fulfillment that comes from creating art. She believes that art has the power to inspire and transform, and she feels honored to be a part of each students' artistic journey.
